It is their 2020 mission to make yoga teacher trainings more accessible to those that have heard the calling to teach.

It is through your ripple effect of teaching that lives will be changed. To align with their mission, they have multiple accommodations for you to choose from; from glamping to a private apartment. Traveling is living, they have no doubt that the magic about to unfold will last a lifetime.

Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

You will be clearing what needs to be cleared through movement and grounded connection. You will learn about the practical side of what Vinyasa yoga teachers do to lead transformational classes. 11Exhale will show you precisely how to dial up to a new level of teaching. 11Exhale Yoga will share with you behind the scenes how to lead classes that keep your students coming back. They do not want to just show you how to teach a Vinyasa class. They want to show you how to do it by following what is inside of you.

That inner world you are feeling is real. So if you are ready and you are done the questioning, you know you have heard the calling to teach, they will see you inside. This 100-hour training hybrid training that follows Yoga Alliance standards for continuing education credits. The retreat section of this training is six days long with an additional 50 hours done virtually at your own pace.

Students can expect to have an understanding of Vinyasa yoga. You will cover ways to sequence to make the practice accessible to a wide range of abilities. Modifications and intensifications will be taught. You will be helped in finding a teaching style that you build upon and find your voice teaching flow. In addition, you will learn how to lead a safe and well-balanced class. The Vinyasa yoga tradition will be covered in this training.

Module one - The language of yoga

Verbal communication is an essential skill for yoga instructors. Yoga has a language all of its own. An in-depth exploration of Sanskrit and the use of language in a yoga class will be covered.

Module two - Chakra subtle body anatomy

11Exhale's advanced studies include a journey through the chakra system and how this interplays into your yoga practice and beyond.

Module three - Physical body anatomy

You will learn not only the mechanics of moving safely through asana (the physical part of your practice) but also how to guide others safely too. With the proper understanding of anatomy and movement students and teachers can enjoy a lifelong practice.

Module four - Pranayama

Breath is essential to life and to yoga. Lead instructor Julianne Arce is passionate about teaching advanced pranayama. Topics include breathing techniques and pranavayus. In this module, you will dive in to create a lasting change by removing what no longer serves you.

Module five - Hands-on adjustments

As the culture continues to disconnect by virtually connecting more, people have left craving human interaction. The hands-on adjustments module covers how to assist students in safe alignment through asana, getting students deeper through adjustments, and how to create comfort for students as they journey through their practice.

Module six - Teaching methodology

Understanding your own practice is not enough to safely guide others through yoga. Public speaking is the number one fear of people. You will be guided to find your voice so that you can authentically lead others through yoga. You will not learn and memorize a script but will have a full understanding and functional knowledge of how to communicate using your own voice.

Module seven - Vinyasa

All of the learning will circle back to the application to Vinyasa yoga and teaching Vinyasa yoga. You will explore in-depth sequencing from beginner to advanced, theming your classes in a way to keep your students coming back without making a second job for yourself. During your training, you will be armed with practical ways to teach all level classes. You focus not just on the modification but also on intensifications so that your students can continue to grow with you.

Module 8 - Flight school

11Exhale Yoga cannot wait to share all of the things that they have in store for you at flight school. You will be going over the fundamentals of warm-up variations for inversions and arm balances of various kinds. There will be inversion drills for you to be able to safely take home with you.

They will be taking you through fundamental postures to open up specific areas of the body, enabling you to get properly inverted with the correct alignment. You will also be going over how to get out of each peek posture properly without harming the body and joints. Protecting through your spine, because like they say: a happy spine is a happy life.

Phase one: Information | Learn it - The science of the Vinyasa tradition

Now that you have heard the voice within you to learn what it takes to deepen your practice, in phase one, you will unlock the science behind your yoga. Through this, you will see for the first time each tradition broken down into the physical body. You will be guided through the hidden science of the respiratory and nervous system, as you unfold how to increase life force energy in the human body.

Your outcome through this phase with training videos, audios, and action guides its to allow your mind to begin seeing the science behind the power of yoga. By the time, you complete this phase of your yoga teacher training experience, you will - for the first time - get a glimpse into the reality of becoming the beacon of light that holds the space for your community. The outcome will be a full intellectual understanding of the science of yoga practice.

Phase two: Integration | Live it - The art of freedom inflow

This phase is known as the art integration of the yoga lifestyle. Every other week as you complete the video trainings, audio, and action guides, you will have a group live hands-on coaching call with your lead trainer, Julianne Arce. This will ensure you fully understand the science and the art of marrying the two together.

The fine art of creating sacred space in your teaching and fostering the journey of the ones who seek you to guide them through their practice. The integration of guided and unguided practice is a vital component of this next level. In this phase, you break down the framework of a Vinyasa practice, teaching you the safe and fun way to sequence your practice.

This will keep you motivated and your students coming back for more. In the conclusion of your integration between the two, you will immerse yourself in the understanding of the Vinyasa tradition. Ways to modify and intensify to make this sacred practice available to most. Giving you the clarity to effectively lead your tribe through flow teaching classes with passion and purpose. The outcome is fully integrating the art of flow into your classes.

Phase three: Illumination | Teach it - The illumination of leading flow

Now that the information 'science' and the integration 'art' have been completed, you move to the next phase in your training. By the time you reach this level, you will integrate the development of your teaching voice. You have a unique teaching voice, accessing it to craft your final class before graduation. This will also serve you as you guide others through their meditation during savasana. Hands-on adjustments are what will separate you from the rest.

Your ability to deliver this will make every practice memorable. The power is in your hands and your voice, use them to create a lasting experience in every practice you deliver. As you conclude your classes, the art of Savasana is the 'reward' for most yoga practitioners. There is an art to deliver the most crucial part of one's practice, you will learn to master this craft. The outcome is the full immersion of the science and art of living and teaching the power of yoga.

The 11Exhale Sanctuary is in the Baja California Desert. La Paz is much like the Caribean but without the crowds. While here, you will spend the day exploring Balandra. Balandra is a large and shallow protected bay along the Sea of Cortez. The sand is white and the sea is the most beautiful turquoise blue. Balandra was voted as the most beautiful beach in Mexico by Inc. Magazine 2019. The area feels relatively untouched thanks to nature protection.
