Accommodation at 7 Chakras Yoga School is comfortable. They provide free Wi-Fi service at their premises. They have luxury rooms and attach bathrooms and offer two kinds of accommodation: budget and standard room. In both, budget and standard rooms, there are two categories: shared room, for two people, and private room, for 1 person.
You will have access to the yoga hall, where you can practice yoga and meditate in silence. The campus and accommodation is pristine and comfortable. Laundry service can be provided for a small charge. All rooms are shared with the same gender. Mother and daughter, wife and husband can share their rooms.
Please note that accommodation is provided for only students enrolled in the training. Any friends or relatives will not be included in the accommodation.

The arrival day will be on the first of every month and the opening ceremony will take place on the second. The graduation ceremony will take place on the 28th of every month. Every Sunday, 7chakrasyogaschool will be providing multi activities such as beautiful mountain trek, white river rafting, spa (wellness), cooking classes, visiting a temple, Parmarth Niketan, and more.
Dr. Sumit Ji is an expert in the field of physical therapy and posture imbalance and sedentary life disorders. He did his Master's of Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Disorders in Orthopedic Branch and a diploma in Sports Medicine from West Bengal. He is also a certified Pilates trainer from the Indian Academy of Fitness Training Mangalore. At the moment, he is working as a Head of Department at Nirmal Ashram Hospital Bali and Chief Physiotherapist at Shiva Cricket Academy Bali. He has tremendous experience in orthopedic surgeries rehabilitation programs.
Yogi Sachin Ji is a very dedicated soul and born in the Brahmin family in the Himalayas. He has been practicing yoga since childhood. By the grace of the divine, he was born in a family who was already engaged in spiritual practice and this is how yoga came naturally to him. He has four years of experience in professional teaching in Ashtanga. He is the close disciple of his Guru, The Great Himalayan Yogi Sachin Ji learned many types of yoga from his beloved Guru.

Sonu Ji is a traditional hatha yoga teacher. He is a certified yoga teacher. He always want to give to the students a clear vision about yoga and it's practised. He is helping the students to understand the basic principles of yoga so they can prepare the base to understand or begin their journey, the journey which is leading them toward becoming aware of their real self.
Dr. Hemlata went on to attend Combined (P.G.) Institute Of Medical Science & Research (CIMSR), Dehradun where she is graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. After graduation, she started working in the field of the Effect of physiotherapy on Rib-Fracture & Spinal-Cord Injuries as she has done research and projects in the same field. She is an expert in the field of yoga anatomy, prenatal yoga and physio-yoga therapy. From 2009-2010, she worked at CMI Hospital, 2010-2011 at Yashodha Hospital, Ghaziabad and 2011- Present at Shri Krishna Institute of Bio-Medical Science & Research ,
Dr Rohit Chobe is a well-established teacher in Rishikesh. He did his expertistation in the field of Prayanama, Shatkarma & Meditation. He did masters in Yogic science and holistic health in 2012 and completed his thesis in Master in Yogic Science by Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Uttrakhand in December 2016. Dr Rohit is scholar of multiple disciplines and has precise and comprehensive teaching skills. He has unique skills to make the class interactive, creative and interesting. He is also a great follower of ancient Yogic tradition including Ayurveda and Mantra chanting.

The nearest airport to Rishikesh is Jolly Grant airport, Dehradun (DED) which is 30 minutes from our school. All flight to DED comes from Delhi, so you will have to transit there and take a domestic flight to DED. At Delhi, please note that all international flights are at Terminal 3 and all domestic flights are at Terminal 1, except for Jet Airways (Terminal 3).
Therefore, make sure that you have at least 1-2 hours to move between the two terminals. From DED, taxi would be free of charge, 7chakrasyogaschool provide pick up only on 1st as per our arrival date. Direct taxi from Delhi airport is also possible. The taxi charges would be 75 USD per trip. If you need assistance in booking your taxi on arrival, please provide 7chakrasyogaschool with your flight details (i.e. flight no., airline, time, date, and location).
