Program

Starting with basic warm-ups, stretching, and body refreshing, you will move into doing poses and sequences lifted completely in the air, only to work yourselves again toward the floor and get grounded to end the practice in a delicious Savasana.

Aadi Yoga Teachers are highly trained and knowledgeable professionals, who will help you become an Aerial expert. During the training, you will gain greater strength and flexibility while feeling completely relaxed hanging inverted in an anti-gravity environment. Once the training is finished, you will obtain international certification and will be able to teach different styles of classes and build your own business!

Aerial Yoga is a leading proprietorial method within the modern yoga trend, so it is now being followed in India. It provides an experience, with the help of gravity, that allows you to stretch and strengthen without overstressing your joints or compressing your vertebrae, where one can learn to invert and hang suspended in the air. It is located just in front of the Ganga River. We have a river view Yoga shala on the top floor of the Ashram.

Food

For thousands of years, the yogis of the Himalayas observed, experimented and fine-tuned their approach to life. And, today, Aadi Yoga School reaps the rewards of their dedication. They are, simply put, in pursuit of health. Full health requires a diet that nourishes and sustains you, whilst at the same time has purifying and cleansing qualities too. They offer a vegetarian yogic diet to their students that is designed to help them get the most out of their bodies and their practice.

A yogic diet is based on natural healing, rejuvenating, and energizing elements from the revered science of Ayurveda. It is a perfect food for nourishing the mind, body, and souls of budding yogis. They serve only vegetarian Indian Saatvik food. They provide three times daily food in a healthy breakfast with herbal tea, lunch, evening herbal tea, and dinner.

You will get three-time daily full meals. The meals will be vegetarian, sattvic, and completely nutritious. Salads, fruits, and beverages will also be catered, and you can opt for either a vegan diet or a gluten-free diet.

The nearest airport to Rishikesh Center is Jolly Grant Airport (DED). If you are coming to Delhi by flight, then Aadi Yoga School will recommend you book a domestic flight from Delhi to Dehradun.

If you are coming by bus, then catch the bus to Rishikesh.

Arrival by train

If you are coming by train, then catch the train to Haridwar or Dehradun.
