Aayaa yoga has structured its 500 hour training to advance and reinforce your basic learning and practice of yoga. The course will focus on the advanced anatomy, yogic philosophy, physiology, teaching practice, methodology, techniques, use of props, and the perfect practice of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa flow, meditation, and meditation techniques and pranayama. Classes in these five practices and other fields will build on your existing skills in the various postures, pranayama, and meditation techniques which will be a step forward in you becoming a registered yoga teacher. As a yoga teacher you will need specific advanced skills and so the 500 hour YTT is designed to fulfill those needs.
Jaggi Jagjeet is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a registered yoga school (RYS). Jaggi Jagjeet teaches Flow yoga, alignment-oriented yoga, fitness yoga, spiritually-oriented yoga, gentle yoga, and specialty yoga.
Born in the Himalayan region of Rishikesh Vivek started practicing yoga since the age of 11. He studied yoga at Saraswati Vidya Mandir where he practiced Hatha yoga. He kept up his practice for his personal health and advanced his practice with Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. With time, he grew in practice of keeping patient, taking care of the body. Afterward, he developed an interest in the human body and disease and completed his bachelor degree in science from HNB university. Now he is pursuing a master of yoga.
Born and raised in a very traditional Brahmin family in Rishikesh, Yogi Neeraj was introduced to yoga & ancient scriptures in his childhood by his Guru. He went on to study yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University Haridwar, India where he earned Graduate Degree in Sanskrit. Yogi Neeraj is known for his powerful adjustments which safely teaches students the depths of each pose. A charming and charismatic person by nature, Neeraj teaches the class in a very traditional way. He teaches traditional style of Ashtanga Vinyasa & Vinyasa flow Yoga i.e. asanas, pranayama, various styles of meditation.
