As you sit for Yoga and meditation near the pristine beaches of Goa you get transformed to a completely different world. As your external self-glides through the systematic grid of asanas, your inner being loses itself in the tranquility of the area.

Goa is a perfect melting pot of the Oriental and Occidental culture. Given the huge inflow of foreign tourists, it also forms the perfect platform to learn and practice yoga that not only strives to help you achieve external beauty, but also inner peace. The relaxed atmosphere, the pleasant weather, bright green tropical cover, the calm Arabian Sea, pretty beaches and the year-long moderate temperatures make it the perfect place to practice sadhana and work towards attaining the ultimate moksha or sadhana.

Goa is variously known as Pearl of the Orient and a Tourist Paradise. The state of Goa is located on the western coast of India in the coastal belt known as Konka. The magnificent scenic beauty and the architectural splendors of its temples, churches and old houses have made Goa a firm favorite with travelers around the world. But then, Goa is much more than just beaches and sea. It has a soul which goes deep into unique history, rich culture and some of the prettiest natural scenery that India has to offer. Much of the real Goa is in its interiors, both inside its buildings and in the hinterland away from the coastal area.
