They have a team of experienced teachers who delivers only the best. You will be glad to take a dip in their 60 feet long natural pool which is right next to the dining and juice bar area. They warn you not to lick your fingers during mealtime, as their chef knows how to cook.
The accommodation is completely safe for everyone. Rooms are clean and spacious with ensuite washrooms.
Adhiroha can accommodate you a day prior to the start of the program. If you are arriving earlier, you will have to manage your own accommodation, else they will provide accommodations at an additional cost.

The classes will begin in the morning and continue until evening. Meals and tea breaks are allocated in the schedule. Saturdays will be half-day for teaching and may include other activities in the second half time. During Sundays, you will have one asana class of 90 minutes in the morning.
All classes/sessions are mandatory. The program is intensive – Adhiroha highly recommends regular practice 3 to 4 times per week up to 2 to 3 months prior to course commencement.
At Adhiroha, the yoga teacher training program is a well-thought, experience-based framework. Wherein, every session is planned around a particular time for a reason. As you progress every week, you will explore the bigger picture of the training.
Therefore, your undivided attention and desire to learn during the training period is required. In yoga, competition is not with anyone but yourself. Listen to your body/mind, understand your limits, and try to progress day after day.
Basic knowledge of English is enough to understand and participate in the training. Your teachers will assist you during the extra time if required, so that you may better understand the sessions. When necessary, Adhiroha will also provide language translators, upon request for an additional fee. Options include Japanese, Spanish, French, Russian, Korean, Chinese, and German.
Assessments for certification will be based on practical, homework assignment evaluation, as well as a minimum of 90% attendance. There are different set-standards of measurements put in place to assess the abilities of the student’s progress, including ethical yogic behavior. Students need to follow the general guidelines of the program and the basic rules of the ashram.
Students who successfully complete this 50-hour YTT residential program will be awarded the Adhiroha certificate. Students of 50 Hour YTT, will join for a week in the running batch of 200 Hour RYTT.
Jagjeet Singh fondly called Jaggi was born in Haridwar. He belongs to a family of avid yoga practitioners and learned yoga from an early age from his grandfather who was one of the renowned yogis of his time. He was brought up reading Bhagwat Gita and many other ancient Indian texts which always made him wonder about life. Jaggi mastered in Hatha Yoga and extensively practiced yoga therapy, marma therapy, alternative therapy, yoga asana, pranayama, mudras, and bandha. After his return from Himalayas Jaggi had an immense desire to share the knowledge he gained with other people.
Yogi Mohit Kumar started his Yoga Journey in the year 2009. He is certified by the Yoga Alliance, holds a Diploma in Yoga and currently pursuing a Masters in Yoga Science. In the year 2010, he conducted a workshop on Yoga which motivated him to move to Rishikesh for pursuing yoga professionally. Since the year 2016 under the guidance of his guru, Mohit has been providing customized Yoga Therapies to differently-abled people.
Sagar is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (RYT). He has been guiding students towards leading a life full of abundance and inner richness. He teaches Hatha yoga, body alignment, and multi-style yoga. His unique teaching style is both focused and intense but lightened with compassion, humor, and creativity. Sagar is a native of Rishikesh the Yoga capital of the world and has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2012. He has a Diploma in Yoga and Ayurveda and currently pursuing Masters in yoga.
Yogi Ankur belongs to Rishikesh, which is renowned for yoga and since childhood he was fascinated and inspired by many yogis and gurus in this holy town eventually leading him to pursue traditional yoga education at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. After the completion of his course, Ankur learned Iyengar yoga under the guidance of his Guru at Kerala ashram for more than 3 year. His skills are strongly rooted in Hatha yoga, therapeutic yoga and yoga alignment. Ankurs style is dynamic combination of intelligent sequencing, alignment of body and their connection to the health aspects of a person
Pankaj Sharma was born and brought up in the foothills of Himalayas, Himachal Pradesh. After the completion of B.A in Sanskrit, he moved to Rishikesh and spent 8 years of his life in an ashram, learning yoga in the age-old Gurukul style leading a disciplined and yogic life. To Satiate his urge for knowledge Pankaj went on to pursue a Masters’s degree in Yoga simultaneously teaching in various ashrams and Yoga schools. Due to his early induction to ashram life, Pankaj at a very young age has carved a niche for himself in yoga with his teaching skills and knowledge in Vedas & Upanishads.

Adhiroha strictly follows a vegetarian diet. Food will be provided thrice a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with special Adhiroha herbal tea.
The food provided at the ashram is delicious Ayurvedic meals. However, they do try their best to arrange alternative food requirements such as lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant.
The food you consume is very significant in yoga practice. Therefore, Adhiroha makes a conscious effort in choosing ingredients such as fruits and vegetables as organic as possible.
It is also important how it is prepared. The mind of the chef in the preparation of the food has an impact on the quality of food. Even the process of food consumption has an immense impact on yoga practice. Considering all the aspects, Adhiroha has been making conscious efforts in offering food as a sacred process of enhancing yoga practice.
During your stay in Rishikesh, you may also visit the local market, arrange an Ayurvedic body massage, go shopping, or just stay back and relax at the ashram. The staff will provide local information for these activities, on request.
