Pavithra Shetty
Pavithra Shetty is a certified professional yoga instructor based in Bangalore. She began her study of yoga in 2016 and has been teaching ever since. It was yoga that sparked the fire of transformation within her and after being certified in Hatha yoga, as a desire to deepen her practice, she further learned Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga under renowned teachers in Mysore. Along with Vinyasa, Pavithra believes that the practice of breathwork awakens the life force and opens the door for profound meditation. Her expertise lies in teaching others to conquer their inner chaos.
Suhas MV
He spent his formative years in Mysore, where he developed an early passion for physical activity. At the age of 20, he competed for Vishweshwaraiah Technological University in the Artistic Gymnastics Sports tournament in Amritsar, Punjab. A small number of German gymnasts have been trained under his tutelage. He has made yoga a regular part of his life and is really enthusiastic about movement, handstands, arm balances, and backbends. Suhas is dedicated to inspiring others to have healthier and more fulfilling lives through the practice of yoga and exercise.
Bharath Ram
Bharath Ram is a fervent follower of Nataraja, also known as Lord Shiva or the Pure Being, who is considered to be the Master of Dance as well as the origin of yoga (Adi Yogi). Holding masters in yoga, he expresses his genuine intention to convey that he has arrived in his homeland with the purpose of disseminating the teachings of classical yoga to individuals who aspire to engage with this discipline.
