The best amazing place where feel the Indian energy. Anand Prakash yoga Ashram is very clean, well arranged and so good to practice yoga, meditation, kirtan. I enjoyed the ashram schedule, very useful to detoxing myself and to find balance. I ate very well and I loved the ashram staff. I loved the Himalayan wind and the landscape close, it was a very quiet location. I felt like home.

The Anand Prakash Ashram, it's such a special peaceful place for me. It's a place to just BE. There is space for everyone and everything, from Yoga and meditating, to enjoying the daily Fire Puja, eating nurturing delicious sattvic food, to just settle down or reading books from the library to chanting, drinking chai together or just meet and chat. There is space for everyone, a space to really connect with yourself -and others. A space of warmth and peace. I am so grateful to have found such a beautiful place that I will return back to many times.

When you arrive at Anand Prakash Yoga ashram you immediately feel at home. The ashram has a very special energy, and the wonderful people living and working there welcome you and you feel at once part of the very supportive community there. The food is so delicious and healthy, the kitchen staff provide 3 sattvic meals always on time everyday. The ashram is very clean and looked after. I feel blessed to have spent a lot of time there over the last few years. It calls me back every year. I can give my full recommendation to anyone considering staying there or completing a teacher training.
