The traditional and modern day practices are merged to form a well-sketched program that includes daily yoga, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga classes and lessons on anatomy. The program is deliberately outlined keeping the Yoga Alliance criteria in mind which are established by the United States. The blissful atmosphere of cool beaches, fresh air and clear sunlight renders a feeling of purity of soul and makes the teacher training experience a blissful experience. This distinct venue and a sense of reverence in the air make Gokarna the most suitable place for the training participants to concentrate on the course’s programs without distraction.
