Kemetic yoga

Kemetic Yoga is an ancient Kemetic (Egyptian) healing and regenerative yoga system that is characterized by a series of geometrically progressive postures. Postures of these can be found on the Temple walls in KMT (Egypt). The postures create the alignment of the spinal column correcting the defects in the skeletal muscular system and common lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, obesity, and diabetes.

Kemetic yoga also relieves stress and increases blood circulation, nutrient, and oxygen supply to vital body systems. This allows for a more effective flow of abundant energy throughout the entire body and in the efficient flow of cerebral fluid in the spine.

The modern version of this ancient system - Kemetic Yoga was developed from primary research conducted by Dr. Asar Hapi and Mr. Yirser Ra Hotep (Elvrid Lawrence) from Chicago, USA, during the 1970’s.
