The "200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training by Association for Yoga and Meditation India, is a program designed for those who are willing to learn yoga in the most convenient, excellent and tremendous way. To make the Yoga effective we blend it with science and spirituality but it is free from any religion or beliefs. The participant will learn Indian traditional yoga also known as Hatha yoga, Sivananda Yoga, which is a static king of yoga in which yoga poses needs to be hold for some time. The other kinds are Ashtanga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Flow Yoga, Power Yoga which is dynamic kind of yoga in which yoga poses are repeated and hold for less duration. This course is conducted every month.

We provide valid yoga certification to our students which is globally recognized and jointly issued by Association for Yoga and Meditation and Indian Yoga Alliance. Even, it is also accredited by International Yoga Federation and Yoga Alliance USA for 200 hours, 300hours and 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training. After graduation our certification is valid to teach anywhere in the world. The course focuses on various aspect aspects like Yogic Anatomy and Physiology, Teaching Methodology, Yoga Philosophy.

Certification

To get Diploma at 200 hour level a student needs to attend 4 weeks duration course along with six modules. If a student is already has completed any of the module, we will examine the students proficiency and a waver is given in that module.

Our Yoga school is located on the banks of Ganga river in the heart of Laxman hjula and Place is peaceful, pleasant and natural without any noise of the city, mountains and Holy Ganga river surrounds the yoga school and also surrounded by various ashrams and positive energy spots, sands of the sages which assist you to experience the real yoga.

Rishikesh is popularly known as "Capital of Yoga" among foreigner but Indian considers it as a spiritual place, a place which has all the conditions suitable for spirituality and a natural environment needed for spiritual practices. The physical conditions such as air, water, earth and akash (sky) are pure and soothing to one's requirement of spiritual practices. In order to offer the best yoga ambience we established our yoga shala (hall) on the bank of holly river Ganga and give interior according to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika (classical yoga book). Our Yoga hall is the biggest and finest yoga hall in Rishikesh. It receives natural day light and Plenty of cool air as it is located on the banks of Ganga. During winter season there is heating system so that our participants can practice nicely and comfortably. The yoga studio also having necessary equipments such as boosters, bricks, belts, mats, music system with small library.

Rishikesh is acquiring greater significance as a centre for white water rafting, sports, a base for treks and hikes in the beautiful Garhwal Himalayas. For security reasons and to gain maximum benefit from experience students are encouraged to remain in the same town venue throughout their stay. The program coordinator must agree beforehand all absences from the YTTC, particularly for night and weekend excursions. A free day is incorporated into the weekly program for sightseeing or shopping outside the venue.

Rishikesh is 250 km from Delhi International Airport and there is no direct flight to Rishikesh. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant which is 18km. At present flight is available from Delhi.

  • There is an express train from Delhi to Haridwar - from there you can take a taxi to Rishikesh (ask for Ram Jula).

Arrival by train

  • Rishikesh is connected by rail with Haridwar, Delhi, Bombay, Howrah, Lucknow and Agra. It is a less expensive way to come to Rishikesh.
