Bloo Lagoon Village is a four-star international village located within the grounds of Padangbai, East Bali, approximately 90 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Bloo Lagoon is an alternative for those travelers who treasure contact with nature and wish to live in harmony with it. It is an ecosystem that attracts birds, butterflies, frogs, geckos, and plants. Occasionally we see monkeys and monitor lizards.
Padangbai is a busy port where most people take the ferry to or from Lombok and onwards to the Gilis (1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours by ferry), Komodo Islands and Flores.
With its beautiful setting, small, unspoiled village feel, it must qualify as one of the most attractive port towns in the world with beautiful local warungs. A great highlight in Padangbai for beach lovers is Blue Lagoon, a small bay northeast of the seaport with only a 60m stretch of white sand, from which you can snorkel right off from.
Another beach, often dubbed a ‘hidden beach’ due to its location between small hilly capes, is Bias Tugel, a 130 meters long strip southwest of the Padang Bai port, and which also offers calm and blue waters most times of the year. Here you can relax on the even sand or under shades of parasols with beach loungers.
There are several temples around Padangbai, with the most significant being the 11th century Pura Silayukti, located on a headland northeast of the bay and seaport. A path leads you up to the hill where two other temples are also found, namely Pura Tanjungsari and Pura Telaga Mas, all within walking distance from the hotel.
The restaurant is situated on the top floor above the Spiral Spa. Whilst dining you will watch snorkelers, fishing boats, ferries, super yachts, and divers down below and the moon and stars above.
