Join this yoga teacher training in a comprehensive yoga instructor training school, designed in accordance with the 200-hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance International. At the end of this course, you will be a certified yoga instructor from Hatha yoga. During this retreat, you will be staying in a private room with an attached bathroom with hot water.


Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.

During this 200-hours teacher training you will learn a comprehensive knowledge about the proper asana, pranayama, madras, bandha, shatkarma, anatomy, physiology, methodology philosophy, alignment, and other helpful techniques. This course includes an intense yoga asana pranayama practice twice a day and meditation shatkarma (yogic cleansing) adjustment, philosophy, anatomy, and physiology once a day for each six days in a week.

Yoga styles

Atri Yoga Center has expertise in all kind of yoga styles to make the yoga effective, excellent, and tremendous like Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini yoga, Raj yoga, Kriya yoga, shivananda yoga and many more. Hatha yoga is a style which balances, body, mind and conscious to bring the state of super consciousness. It is smooth, stretching and holding type. Ashtanga Vinyasa is a dynamic flow of poses (asanas), its emphasizing ujjai breathing, lock, gaze, and base for power yoga. This course has also different levels of asana, pranayama, shat kriya, bandha, mudras, mantra, and meditation.

Asana practice

The asana practice will be divided in two classes which will be held in morning and evening sessions. The morning session includes two-hour class of hatha yoga while the evening session includes another class of two hour where Astanga Vinyasa is practiced. Unique belt props are used for adjusting the positions in the most right way.

Alignment sessions

The alignment sessions will enable you to learn about the right positions of the asanas. This class has been designed to help novice learners to understand the crucial significance about the art of adjustment and alignment of asanas using proper and effective techniques. The alignment techniques class is held each day for two consecutive hours and this is what makes yoga practice worth learning.

Pranayama sessions

The pranayama sessions will be an important section of this teacher training that will help learners in grabbing a sound knowledge about the control of prana or the subtle energy that leads to control of the mind. This class will be held twice a day right after practicing asanas and is a crucial part of this 200-hour teacher training course.

Mudra and bandha sessions

Practicing the art of mudra is concerned with sensory aspects. Mudra is a skillful technique that aids in meaningful practice of the pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi. On the other hand, the bandhas are also included in mudras. These are only four in number and are usually practiced as an essential part of pranayama. When the bandhas are practiced without pranayama, these are then basically termed as the mudras.

Shat karma

The shat means six and karma means action. The shat karma is the six cleaning techniques of the human body included in the practice of yoga. The shat karma is practiced early morning and one time each day throughout the six days in a week.


The meditation is not something that is done by mind, it is something out of the mind or better described as beyond the mind, when the mind stops meditation happens. This class will be held during the early morning for about 30 minutes each day throughout the six days in a week.

Philosophy sessions

This yoga teacher training course includes philosophical sessions throughout the six days in a week. These sessions will be entertained by the Yogi Harishchandra or the guest teacher Guru Buddhi Prakash Ji to help deliver peace of mind and knowledge about yoga and spirituality.

Anatomy and physiology

This 200-hour teacher training also includes anatomy and physiology classes that will be taken by Doctor Harsh.

Chanting sessions

During this teacher training, the trainees will learn to chant and present yogic mantras during the beginning and at the ending of the yoga classes for 30 minutes, three days in a week; you will also learn how to use a mantra to purify and balance the chakras. Techniques of mantra Dhyana will be also included.

    CONS Cons: Supervision of the accommodation ensuring all is set for the arrival of the students.

    PROS Pros: The lead instructor (Harish) and his assistants (Sandeep and Deepika) are all effective teachers. They listen to the students yet strict with the curriculum ensuring the standards are met for the students' benefit. The philosophy subjects are very interesting and have learned a lot. I have gained knowledge on better meditating ways, correct and safe way of doing the cleansing, variations of pranayama, correct and proper alignments and execution of asana, how to achieve complete relaxation, and how to have positive thinking.     Life-changing experience

    PROS Pros: I loved everything about this course. It was a professional, but also friendly and kind environment. I progressed so much in my asana and meditation practice, but I also learned a lot about yogic lifestyle and philosophy. After the alignment classes and some teaching practice, I feel confident to go and bring the joy of yoga to other people :) But I will be back to do my 300 hours to learn more :) Big thanks to Harish and everyone involved :)

    "I did the 200 hour yoga course in November with my girlfriend. We did ashtanga yoga in the morning and hata in the afternoon. We started the course with mediation and cleansing. The proper way of meditation is very important to him this makes also easier for you to make progress. In the alignment class he showed us how to teach on many different postures. The small group made it possible to teach for everybody and learn how a teacher has to correct the students. Yoga philosophy and physiology made the whole course complete.We stayed in a nice hotel with got great food in a restaurant everybody took a lot of care of us. Harish is an amazing person. His yoga lessons are very good, always keeping a nice tension and he motivates to make more progress. He corrects you in a very smart"
