I had a wonderful time at the school. The staff is friendly and the studies are informative. The rooms are comfortable and the location is quiet. I would recommend not going in April/May as it is too hot. There are 2 options: the Ayurveda Course and the Yoga Teacher Training (200hr) combined with the Ayurveda Course. Only downside is i would of liked to study more about the Ayurvedic Nutrition during the Ayurveda Course, as we had just 3 days of making basic, simple teas, and foods. Dr. Vinod and his wife are very kind and have a lot of knowledge behind their backs. They opened up to us and introduced their children to us and were there to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this school for sure. Thank you for everything!!! Namaste!

I did the Ayurveda Massage & Yoga Teacher Training Course and I'm very happy with it. I learned a lot about yoga, alignments but also about pranayama, mudras and mantras. The latter three aren't really part of many yoga classes in the west, where yoga is mostly seen as a kind of fitness, but less as a spiritual way of living. At least to my experience.

In the Ayurveda Massage course I learned many details not only about Ayurveda and the massage techniques, but also about anatomy, physiology, the connection between yoga and Ayurveda, how Ayurveda can help the body-mind to heal and even some basic cooking recipes. A bit more time to practice the massage techniques would be nice, but I suppose that also depends on how much experience you have with massage generally when starting the course.

What I appreciate a lot is that Vinod and Neethu are also happy to support their alumni after the course, in case you have some doubt when first starting your own practice after you are back home again. Thank you so much for this!
