Dune Alaya is situated at the foothill of Bali National Park and in the middle of the wonderful nature of Bali. The property has a swimming pool right in the middle of a beautiful garden.

At Dune Alaya, your soul will instantly feel at ease, in peace and harmony with yourself and the natural environment. Spread around the circular swimming pool, we offer 4 one-room bungalows and 3 two-bedroom bungalows.

Dune Alaya Eco Hotel is built with an eco-friendly focus, designed and furnished with tasteful Indonesian recycled furniture and antiques. The property offers a total of 7 wooden reclaimed bungalows with 10 rooms. All rooms are equipped with organic bathroom amenities and linen, no air conditioning, LED lights, and hot water.



Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

You will go for one day of early morning sunrise trekking.

Dune Alaya Eco Hotel is in Pemuteran village, located in the northwest of Bali. Surrounded by an amazing landscape, with the Tiga Saudara (three siblings) mountains at its back and the Java volcano's alley in front, it is a relatively new touristic destination, 124 km (around 3.5 hours from the airport) away from the busy and touristy south.

Largely spared by the effects of tourism, the village has so far preserved its original character. The beach is just 1 km away, and the area around the hotel invites guests for walks along the foot of the mountains and the original parts of the village.

There is a wide choice of activities in Pemuteran and its surroundings, like diving and snorkeling at the Bio-rocks or Menjangan Island, temple tours, bird watching, trekking, or traditional Balinese massages.


Bala Yoga School provides you with three wholesome, fresh, and locally sourced vegetarian meals each day, carefully crafted to nourish your body and enhance your yoga journey. Please note that on Sundays they don’t offer lunch and dinner. Consider it as a unique opportunity for you to explore the diverse culinary scene in and around the shala, allowing you to savor the local flavors and cultural richness of the area.

Filtered water is also available for use in the yoga shala. Bala Yoga School tries to avoid giving packed water. You may also choose to buy drinking water from local stores.
