Asana alignment and sequencing

Anatomy and physiology

Since yoga has become a healthy lifestyle, including physical and mental health, a student will learn anatomy and physiology. There are also applied yoga anatomy principles that support the practice and knowledge of yoga asana so much, especially in asana alignment.

Practicum

Practicum is important for a well-qualified yoga teacher; teaching yoga is applied knowledge; a lot of practice in teaching will increase the capability, sense, and skill in teaching yoga; you will do various ways of teaching practice, so it becomes a motivating and rich moment in learning.

This full-day intensive teacher training will balance all the running subjects in such an order that at the end of the day you don’t feel exhausted.

This teacher training is held in Bali Kapha Yoga School located in Ubud Tegalalang as part of Gianyar District, one of the most popular travel destinations in Bali with its famously beautiful rice terraces, holy temples, various handicrafts that are exported across the world, and amazing waterfalls.

You will learn in a two-floor spacious studio, outdoor and indoor, that lays in a beautiful small valley provided with multi-equipment for aerial aero, yoga wheel, and complete qualified yoga properties to support your teaching practice to become a professional yoga teacher.

The school is in the heart of Bali island, just a 1.5-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

And in Tegalalang, as one of the tourist spots in Bali, you can enjoy various restaurants.

Food

The program will provide daily vegetarian meals for 20 days. This will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including water, detox juice, coffee, and tea. No meals are served during two off days (one free excursion day and one break day).

During off days, there are lots of options across Bali for those who love culinary. Miscellaneous food can be found very easily at Tegalalang Terrace, as the school location is in the heart center of Bali as a world tourist destination surrounded by various choices of restaurants and cafes, especially in Ubud Center, just 30 minutes drive.

BALI KAPHA YOGA Indonesia Yoga School of Teacher Training are not provide spa at school and as you go to Ubud centre you can enjoy various spa offers with Balinese spa treatments and massage: full-body, natural herbs, and holistic treatment. Traditional Balinese massage uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure, reflexology, and aromatherapy to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen, and "prana" (energy) around your body, and bring a sense of well-being, calm and deep relaxation. Performing a variety of lulur herbs exfoliating, including skin rolling, kneading and stroking, and pressure-point stimulation, combined with the aromas of essential oils. Balinese massage is a good treatment to choose if you want to accomplish your journey in Bali, experience a variety of massage techniques, and need some help to relax and rejuvenate.
