The 200-hour yoga teacher training course at Bali is a 21-day yoga course, being taught by respected and well-experienced teachers at the school. During the tenure, you can learn basic to intermediate fundamentals of yoga, meditation, and pranayama. The course is on multi-style yoga so there are many different asanas and practices which you learn from the teachers at the school.
