How the training works

There will be 230 contact hours with recorded & LIVE sessions, 30 elective hours of assignments, and 40 non-contact hours of self-practice. This is a self-paced yoga training where you get a minimum of 40 days to a maximum of three months to complete this training. The training includes pre-recorded & live yoga sessions on each topic of each subject with clear explanations and demonstrations from great teachers. You can play all the classes even at low internet speed, and it is an authentic learning experience from Bali Yoga School to your space.

There will be 1-hour one-on-one live exam session at the end of the course where the teacher asks you to perform asanas and answers questions.
