    (Power Yoga, Yin Yoga)

Beta Lisboa offers a result of more than 20 years of dedicated experience of spiritual self-development techniques, a refined combination of yoga styles, mindfulness, myofascial release bodywork, trauma release breathwork, and somatic experiencing therapist. Beta moved to Boston, where her love for Ashtanga and Power yoga was born while frequenting Baron Baptiste classes. She then got certified in an Ashtanga-based Power yoga at the Soft and Hard Institute with Beryl Bender Birch and in Myofascial Release Therapy at the Palmers Institute of Bodywork.

This yoga teacher training will be held at the Banyan Tree Yoga Studio, located in Ubud, a town in central Bali. Ubud is far removed from the beach party scene in Kuta, and is regarded as the cultural center of Bali. It is famous as an arts and crafts hub, and much of the town and nearby villages seems to consist of artists workshops and galleries.

There are some remarkable architectural and other sights to be found, and a general feeling of well-being to be enjoyed, all thanks to the spirit, surroundings, and climate of the place. Bali is called the Island of the Gods.

A beautiful island where your wisdom, insight, creativity, playful inner child, and mindful attention expands and nourishes your heart and soul. A delicious environment to spend 12 days immersing yourself into the art of teaching children yoga.

"It was a collective healing effort. Beta taught me how to help her help me with my breath. I had tried a lot of modalities over the years following my bike accident, and in three sessions of myofascial release, Beta managed to get deep into my damaged shoulder and restore the mobility I hadn't had."

"So proud of the beautiful video that was put together while I was in Turkey, that explains a little about the course module for the Yin yoga teacher training. Truly, it is something you have to experience, as words don't do it justice! By far, it was my favorite out of the over 700 hours I have taken!"

"The experience I had with this training is hard to put in words. I chose the training to learn more about Yin yoga, but at the end I learned more about myself. It was transformational. Beta has a beautiful way to teach you through experience. You feel the power of the practice within yourself."
