This is the first module of a 300 hours international Yoga Alliance certificate, 60 hours structural body module. Building on over 20 years of work with the body and mind, Beta has created a diverse program of Yoga Alliance certified teacher trainings suited to all levels of practice. Designed for body workers and yoga practitioners looking to focus on yin and yang energy dynamics, myofascial release, and mindfulness meditation, the curriculum allows successful students to take their personal and professional practice to the next level.
This accommodation offers two-people room and single room with no bathroom; four-people room, three-people room, two-people room, single room with bathroom; and a dormitory space with your on sleeping bag.
The 300-hour Yin fascial yoga advanced program is a complete study in the understanding of the three main elements that compose the Yin fascial yoga system. It is an in-depth and more detailed teaching leading towards a subtler extension of the 200-hour Spiral and Yin fascial yoga certificate. The 300-hour program is offered in three separate modules in order to give the students time for this in depth study to teach with greater skill than is achieved in a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. The three modules of this 300 hours are: structural body module, subtle body module, and mindfulness module.
What is the structural body module?
The structural body module is an investigation into the physical body incorporating the myofascial matrix as a framework for the research into Yin fascial yoga, taking you deep into releasing the psycho somatic imprints caused by traumatic events throughout lifetime. Fascial trauma compromises the freedom of movement and expression in the physical body, causing dissociation; stopping one to live fully in the present moment. By uncovering, revealing, and releasing the stagnations, you can bring the body to its full potential.
What is this module about?
Bringing together myofascial release, Yin yoga, qigong, and breath work for a complete system of Yin fascial yoga. Learning and practicing how to structure sequences for an effective and personalized Yin fascial
Healing the fascial system from traumatic events understanding of fascial anatomy and physiology. Understanding of the superficial fascial lines and its application into Yin yoga postures understanding fascia from Daoist qigong practices becoming familiar with the quality of the connective tissue by practicing myofascial release therapy unlocking old tensions held in the body with biodynamic breath work sessions.

Introduction to Yin fascial yoga concepts
Daily Yin fascial yoga and meditation (walk and sit) practice
The art of teaching Yin fascial yoga (how to teach)
Methodology for Yin fascial yoga (sequencing, variations, benefits, myofascial adjustments, contra - indications)
How to apply the tennis balls to massage and release tensions in the soft tissue
16 hours of myofascial release therapy practice, includes table work
Applied anatomy and physiology for Yin yoga postures focusing on the fascial system and fascial lines
Five elements qigong in relation to the organs and connective tissue in application with Yin fascial yoga
Overview of traditional Chinese medicine and Daoism
One biodynamic breath work session
Daoist guided visualizations and meditation
Personal evaluation of each students teaching abilities in the final assessment

Beta Lisboa offers a result of more than 20 years of dedicated experience of spiritual self-development techniques, a refined combination of yoga styles, mindfulness, myofascial release bodywork, trauma release breathwork, and somatic experiencing therapist. Beta moved to Boston, where her love for Ashtanga and Power yoga was born while frequenting Baron Baptiste classes. She then got certified in an Ashtanga-based Power yoga at the Soft and Hard Institute with Beryl Bender Birch and in Myofascial Release Therapy at the Palmers Institute of Bodywork.
This retreat will take place in Brzozwka, Poland.
