Certifications

The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.

This week will be the in-person part of a 6-month hybrid training that started in July. Breath Body Earth decided to open it up to anyone with or without a 200hour Yoga Teacher Certification who is interested in learning more about Chakras and Bandhas, Ayurveda, Sanskrit and Mantra, Anatomy and Assisting, and the Nervous system.

Daily activities will start every morning with a 2-and-a-half-hour practice including meditation, pranayama (breath practice), and postures (Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin), you will spend the morning learning about one of the aforementioned topics, and the afternoon practice teaching, sharing and singing as done in the yoga teacher training.

This is a great opportunity for those who are thinking about YTT but don't have 3 weeks or more to dedicate to it and for existing teachers who want to immerse themselves in an environment of learning for renewed inspiration.
