This unique online course enables you to learn how to conduct a yoga class on your own time, in the comfort of your own home. If you are interested in teaching yoga or learning more about yoga for your own peace of mind, you will enjoy this very robust, all-encompassing 200-hour online Hatha yoga training course. This is a self-paced training so you can start on any date.
A certificate of completion is awarded upon satisfaction of all training units.
There is no live session. It is very detailed with several links for additional information, videos, websites, and so much more with lifetime access. Videos help you learn and grow. This course is self-paced so you can study and learn in the comfort of your own home (when it is convenient for you). It allows you the flexibility to obtain certification on your time. After each module is completed, move on to the next one. This is a training you can do safely and conveniently at home. A short video of your teaching skills and completing the final exam are required for graduation.
Books are purchased separately. The course can be completed between four months and one year from the start date. You will also learn the sun salutation and Hatha sequence which will both require you to submit a video in Google Drive or Dropbox. Study both lesson plans. Sun salutations video is submitted at the end of module 5. The Hatha sequence is part of your final grade and is submitted at the end of this course.
