Chandra School of Yoga offers 200 hours of Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training course. Trainees will learn asanas, pranayama, bandha, mudra, kriyas, and meditation mantras. Trainees will learn about yoga anatomy and the psychic physiology of yoga. Art of adjustment and sequencing and planning the class. Major muscle involvement on each pose. Learn Therapeutic Thai yoga application in stiffness and injury management. Yoga philosophy and yoga ethics.
