Three of the deluxe rooms are elevated, providing breathtaking views of the resort, rice fields, and jungle, sharing the kitchen, pool, and living area. The rooms are tastefully decorated, boasting an incredibly comfortable king Koil king-size or two twin beds with the eco-friendly lyocell bed linen. During the retreat there will be a daily Kirtan, the practice of chanting mantras, it is one of the most important techniques in yoga. Although the practice itself is simple, the internal process that it stimulates is vast and mysterious. Twice weekly these sessions will be accompanied by a musician.
The program is limited to a maximum of twelve students per course and is supported by a team of three yoga experts. The lower the student-instructor ratio, the more individual attention a student will receive.
Please take note that there is no meditation every Saturday.
No classes will be taken on Sundays. On those days, the students can participate in excursions, and travel to spellbinding places in Bali.
Two excursions are included in the retreat price, details will be announced closer to the retreat date. They will introduce you to Balinese culture during your teacher training; for those arriving on time on the check-in day, they will take you on a guided rice field walking tour to the world-renowned temple of Tanah Lot, to enjoy the sunset there.
On the first morning in Bali, you will be participating in the purification ritual called ‘Melukat’, which is a traditional Balinese ritual to purify the body, mind, and soul from negative energies. They will further introduce you to Balinese culture on the second and third Sundays through a full-day trip to Ubud and Uluwatu. Ubud is the main tourist destination and will offer you lots of laid-back energy, quirky shops, and lovely opportunities for lunch. On the Uluwatu trip, you will witness a mesmerizing performance of the Balinese Kecak dance in the sunset amphitheater on the cliffs of the Uluwatu temple.
Sachin was brought up in the Yoga Capital of the World, the North Indian town of ‘Rishikesh’. He holds a P.G. Diploma in yoga and a Master's degree in yoga and numerous yoga certificates. After completing his studies, he taught in some of the world-renowned Ashrams in Rishikesh. He then traveled around the country and studied with some of India’s most prominent yoga masters. He spend years in southern India to Mysore to learn Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga from the source, and ultimately he was authorized by Guruji Sharath Jois to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa.
Liubov started to practice yoga in 2011 and found Ashtanga vinyasa yoga which she really loved and started to follow. To learn and deepen more into this style she began to travel to Mysore and began to study under the guidance of her teacher Sharath Jois. She continued her journey and got authorized by Sharath Jois. Back in Moscow, she practiced under Dimitry Baryshnikov (Moscow). She attended the workshops of some popular Ashtanga teachers, David Garrigues (USA), Eddie Stern (USA), Petri Räisänen (Finland), David Robson (Canada), and Mark and Joanne Darby (Canada).
Jane is the in-house yoga teacher of De Moksha Eco-Friendly Boutique Resort and will be assisting in yoga teacher trainings and retreats. She holds a master’s degree in social psychology and is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher. Jane teaches a variety of yoga styles including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Laughter yoga, and Coconut yoga.

During the program, they will be serving 3 varied vegetarian meals each day. All their meals use locally produced, fresh ingredients only and are cooked from scratch in their restaurant each day.
