How the training works
There will be 2 daily theory classes and 2 daily practice classes. The classes will be held in Zoom or GoogleMeet. The classes include meditation sessions and yoga practice and theory classes. Total hours for this online teacher training will be 24 contact hours and 10 non-contact hours. At the end of the training, there will be an exam and certification will be provided.

Didi is a yogi nun of Ananda Marga Yoga, a social spiritual organization of more than 200 countries. She has 13 years of experience in yoga practice and gives training to students in the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Brazil. She also practices yogic natural treatment and remedies. She has been running a detox camp for four years helping to cure many kinds of health issues. In addition, she is running classes on yoga pregnancy for students as well as training for teachers.
