What you will learn and how
They do training the right way, one-on-one or in tiny groups. After a personal evaluation, they will bring your physical practice, knowledge, and understanding to the next level.
These programs will provide you with a full understanding of yoga as a science, presenting advanced Hatha and Yantra yoga practices. The 200-hour training focuses on developing a strong personal practice implementing the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga Mysore style of practice while incorporating Maty Ezraty's alignment concepts.
You will learn new asanas that are completely missing from other styles of yoga. Both formats are complemented with a meditation technique that can be traced back to Buddha.
You will also reach a high level of understanding mobility becoming an asana master through a scientific approach. You will be able to create master sequences with oriented results. Both programs are designed for serious practitioners who seek solid know-how.
Being familiar with the Mysore style of practice helps but it's not required to participate in either of the courses.
