What you will learn and how
They do training the right way, one-on-one or in tiny groups. After a personal evaluation, they will bring your physical practice, knowledge, and understanding to the next level.
These programs will provide you with a full understanding of yoga as a science, presenting advanced Hatha and Yantra yoga practices. The 300-hour training focuses on developing a strong personal practice implementing the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga Mysore style of practice while incorporating Maty Ezraty's alignment concepts.
You will learn new asanas that are completely missing from other styles of yoga. Both formats are complemented with a meditation technique that can be traced back to Buddha.
You will also reach a high level of understanding mobility becoming an asana master through a scientific approach. You will be able to create master sequences with oriented results. Both programs are designed for serious practitioners who seek solid know-how.
Being familiar with the Mysore style of practice helps but it's not required to participate in either of the courses.
On the 300-hour program, you will learn over 100 pranayama that will allow you to create a never-ending array of workshops for your students.

Gerald's style is influenced by the precision of Ashtanga yoga and the spirituality of Yoga Sivananda. He suits all levels, both advanced practitioners and beginners. His training began after 6 years of continuous practice, 200 hr with Alpha Omega School, Sheri Chidanandi Cherokee ERYT 500, MBA. 9 months of continuous Mysore practice with KPJAYI certified Wayne Krassner, Maty Ezraty, founder of Yoga Works, Chuck Miller, Andrey Lappa, one of his most influential teachers. He is also a student of Kino MacGregor, Mark Robberds, and others.

The studio and accommodations are located in a safe local neighborhood surrounded by stores, access to transportation, and neighborhood amenities. They are minutes from the beaches of Nuevo Vallarta and 15 minutes from Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). Some training will occur at the Flamingos Sports Club, with pools and gym available.
