You will be staying in luxury huts by the tranquil river flowing in, close to the famous Sadolxem Bridge. These huts are equipped with beds, mosquito nets, chairs, tables and come with an attached washroom, a porch, and enough of storage space.

Lotus Oasis Beach Huts Village Resort is a yoga school aims at providing a traditional yoga philosophy and make yoga practice available to everyone.

Training styles

Your classes will include multi-style yoga practice including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and many other traditions of India. You will also be offered a brief on Yin, Mysore, and Kundalini yoga, during the course. In this manner, the student has an option of choosing their own style of yoga practice and teaching in future, something which suits their own personality.

What is yoga

Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation. It helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calm body, mind, and spirit. This training will take place at the tranquil riverside location next to the Sadolxem Bridge in Sadolxem, Goa, India. Sadolxem is part of Canacona, which is a district in South Goa, India.

It is one of the very few undiscovered riverside properties in Goa and is still not commercialized, although it is very close to Patnem, Palolem and Agonda Beach, which are completely opposite. All these beaches and other local beaches are easily accessible by a tuk-tuk, cab, or bicycles.
