Here in Thamel, you can explore the city market where you find many Nepali and western shops, malls, restaurants, Nepali cultural clubs, and many more.

The yoga studio is clean with all amenities for your comfort; clean bedsheet, towels, heated and cool temperatures room, 24-hour free Wi-Fi, own attached western bathrooms with hot water and cold shower, toilet papers, balcony, sharing two beds, private single bed, and very helpful staff, teachers, and owners.

Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the course, the trainees will receive a professional certificate of international yoga teacher recognized by the World Yoga Alliance which is valid all around the world. Trainees will be able to start teaching yoga immediately after completion of the course. Mandala Studio Yoga & Spa prepares their students to be ready to start teaching beginner to advanced level multi-style yoga sequences like a professional yoga teacher.

The training takes place in Thamel the capital city of Nepal, The first and best tourist area Thamel Kathmandu, Nepal.

Verpflegung

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include healthy vegetarian options. The food is made from vegetables grown locally when available and prepared with nourishing ingredients. They also give healthy salad, soup, and some mixed eastern and western healthy foods.

A yogi's diet is built around eating to nourish the body and having a healthy relationship with food. The team supplies a yoga diet that consists of food grown naturally and harmoniously with nature and seasonable fresh vegetables and fruits.

The food is prepared with love, peace, gratitude, and positive intention, in order to increase and sustain prana. If you have special dietary requirements it's a good idea to communicate them to Mandala Studio Yoga & Spa when making your reservation.
