The accommodation sits cozily between two hills at 2200 meters above sea level. Mandala Yoga Retreat has the perfect mixture of traditional house and a touch of nature, with a friendly environment, yet lovely staff, comfortable rooms, a relaxed bedroom, clean bed sheets, towels, an air-conditioner room, own attached western bathrooms with hot water and cold shower, toilet papers and 24-hour Wi-Fi.

Clean and hygienic rooms with attached bathrooms, there are six comfortable dormitories, sharing two beds, a private single bed, and two outside bathrooms. This place is an ideal place to escape the stress of the modern world, breathe fresh mountain air, and practice soul-healing yoga. This place is peaceful and silent with beautiful views from the yoga home, with stunning views of Kathmandu valley, the Himalayan ranges of Annapurna, and other mountains when the weather is clean. The interesting thing is, after four to five hours of hiking from the yoga home, you can see Mount Everest clearly when the weather is in your favor.

Mandala Studio Yoga & Spa and their teachers

This 500-hour yoga teacher training course is designed for everyone who would like to gain a deep and thorough knowledge of ancient yoga history, philosophy, ancient meditation practice, and techniques, along with yoga fundamental class and teaching methodology, followed by practical teaching, workshop learning, and practicing different yoga poses and different yoga styles, as well as deepen your understanding of anatomy and physiology, and yoga therapy (necessary to facilitate healthy practice).

This 500-hour course is for you to become a qualified professional yoga teacher and gain higher-level knowledge of yoga, as well as a practice to deal with your stress and bring back some peace of your mind. These 30 days 500 hours of yoga teacher training course is designed for those who have limited time and want to finish in short periods of time. They cover all the 500-hour course syllabus from World Yoga Alliance standards and make everyone ready to teach within 30 days. This course is a combination of 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training courses.

This course is designed for all levels beginner to advanced levels. Anyone can apply for this 500-hour course and be an Internationally certified 500-hour yoga instructor. If you haven't done any yoga courses or 200-hour courses you can join directly this 500-hour course to save your time and money at the same time. Completing both 200 and 300 hours of Yoga teacher training from the same yoga school helps to balance the 200 and 300=500 hour courses from the same school. Learn and experience self-love, self-care, and your own values.

During the training, there will be a one-day trip to some of the most beautiful places in Kathmandu Valley and one-day hiking in nature. On this trip, your friendly teacher will take you and let you know about that place and its history. Nearby the school, there is ZYM, Zumba, aerobics, swimming pool where you can go and enjoy during your free time and off day. You may go to the city for shopping during your free time or off day which is 30 to 45 minutes far from the cab.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared daily and include delicious vegetarian foods. The food is made from vegetables grown in the near area, local organic when available. They also give delicious salad, soup, and Nepalese local vegetarian foods. Their kitchen is open and attached to the canteen (you can always see what is going on). All the vegetarian foods are served buffet-style. There is always hot and cold water and different tea options in the dining hall. The food is prepared with love, peace, gratitude, and positive intention, in order to increase and sustain prana.
