Overview
My Yoga People watches people blossom before their eyes, inhabit a space they had not previously thought possible, and draw on incredible reserves of resilience to keep growing, keep learning, and strive to do the very best they can. The Mariza Yoga team is delighted to offer a new 200-hour Yin Yang yoga training at the gorgeous Gare des Glaciers in Chamonix Mont Blanc.
The focus of this unique training is twofold, as a pass will leave you a qualified Vinyasa yoga teacher with the added benefit of two days of instruction in Yin yoga and how to integrate the Yin concepts into a regular Vinyasa class. Devised with and facilitated by Manon Charon, they have come together to offer an inspiring and in-depth training program designed to advance both your teaching skills and personal practice in Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles.
Now hugely popular the world over, Yin yoga has a unique and profound effect on the body, encouraging mobility, flexibility, and inner stillness. Vinyasa yoga continues to be one of the world's leading styles of yoga found in studios today. Together, through continuous practice, and in-depth theory lessons, they create space for self-enquiry, connection, and healing.
Run over 21 days, this course aims to deliver practical skills in teaching both Vinyasa and Yin yoga and how to incorporate elements of Yin into regular Vinyasa classes. They request that each student show up willing to grow, change, and be open to the possibility of finding one's true dharma or purpose in life. A complete, take-home training manual will be provided. You are required to bring your own yoga mats and a strap to the course.
