Certification
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
How the training works
The online training will have 30 hours of live sessions via Zoom and 170 non-contact hours including 70 hours of self-study.
One hour every day live via Zoom (Mon - Fri),4 weeks of Hatha yoga, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Philosophy, Mantra yoga, Satsang, Anatomy, and Meditation sessions.
3 hours of live Q&A on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
Two live Ayurvedic cooking classes.
Up to 6 months self paced time to prepare with all the study materials (recordings, videos, books, notes and practices etc.).
Within six months you can register for the exams when ready. Exams are held first weekend of every month.
The teacher training course manual will be provided in PDF form to download and print once booked before the course begins. Niramaya Yoga exclusive training videos will be provided as supporting study material.

- 06:00 - 07:00 Morning live session
- 19:15 - 19:45 Evening walk - Bhuta Kriya Yoga Self
- 21:00 - 21:30 Self-practice of meditation
Questions and Answers live session on 3rd Saturday
Exam Days: 1st Saturdays and Sundays of every month
- 06:00 - 09:30 Writing and Verbal test (Saturday)
- 06:00 - 09:30 Teaching methodology test (Sunday)
Course information
These foundation teacher training course will provide you with the yogic practicing tools for mental clarity, focus, vigor, vitality and hormonal balance.
