The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.
How the training works
Required online tool: You will need a reliable internet connection and Teams to participate in the online training.
You will be required to submit an assignment within one month of the course's end, and upon completion, you will be sent a certificate to showcase your new skills.
This course is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and will give you 10 hours of yoga teacher training. All training materials are provided, including your own copy of 'Yoga Nidra' by Swami Satyananda Saraswati.

This yoga Nidra teacher training course will take place at Cheltenham School Of Fine Arts, 32 Wellington Ln, Cheltenham GL52 2AG. The course will start at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. You will be able to join the course live. A link will be sent to you after registration.
