Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
How the training works
The course is designed to be completed in five months. It consists of eight live sessions via Zoom on April 5th and 6th, May 3rd and 4th, July 5th and 6th, and August 9th and 10th with high-quality course content and lifetime support. You will be tasked with your assignment in your final live class. You will then need to submit this for review as part of your course. Support will be provided.
Pasithea Yoga has exceeded the requirements of Yoga Alliance in developing this program. Their cohort experience allows you to connect with peers globally, which allows you to create a unique community. You will have continuous access to your online yoga teacher training content without any expiration.

Candice OKeeffe
An experienced yoga teacher, teaching Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She runs regular in-person and online classes. along with 1-1 sessions. Candice found yoga after a major operation and fell in love with how it made her feel inside and out. This is why she then went on to do her 500YTT to help others not only find yoga but to help them continue and share her passion for it. She teaches around her busy schedule of working full-time, a wife, mum to 4, and nana to 1! Her ambition is to own her own retreat center, somewhere warm and tranquil.
