Certification
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
How the training works

Timing of sessions or daily schedule
All times are BST (GMT +1) during Summer and GMT for session/s after October 26, 2025.
A day before the course starts, you will have an introduction with the teachers and the other participants so that you can get familiar with each other and to know about the course also to get the technical stuff. To complete the training, you will have to teach a 30-minute online session and complete an online written exam.
Live sessions will be 4 hours per day for 3 an a half weeks with the following schedule:
- 06:45 - 08:00 Yoga practice / pranayama / meditation
- 08:30 Breakfast break relax
- 09:30 - 10:30 Yoga philosophy
- 10:45 - 12:00 Teaching methodology (1 hour to 1.25 hours)
- 12:15 - 13:00 Yoga philosophy / anatomy (45 minutes)

The focus of this yoga teacher training is to provide students with applied knowledge of anatomy, alignment and assists with a deep focus on yoga philosophy. This course will help you to bring out your creativity, to find your voice and to give you the confidence to teach, educate and inspire students from a powerful yoga foundation.
This yoga training is appropriate for the serious student who would like to start teaching yoga, as well as the student who would like to deepen their own knowledge and personal practice. Their courses are designed for all who want to learn and pursue yoga and is accessible for all yoga enthusiast from homemakers, working professionals, artists, dancers of all ages, even if it’s just for your own understanding or making it your personal practice not necessarily to become a yoga teacher.
You will come away with a deeper understanding of the physical and spiritual side of yoga that combines together to create an exceptional yoga teacher.

Practical / asanas

Teaching practice (monitored)

- Students get to teach every day from day one. You will teach at least 15 minutes every day
- Regular feedback are given by teachers and fellow students about your teaching so that you can improve and find your unique voice and style as a teacher
