Daily Schedule

  • Daily morning & evening 90-minute Yin yoga classes, experience different asana principles & complimentary techniques within each class. Including Vinyasa, Myoyin, Acoyin, Yin with Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
  • Daily pranayama & meditation practice that complements our physical practice themes.
  • Two daily interactive lectures/analysis labs.
  • Refreshments breaks are provided between lecture themes.
  • 1.5-hour lunch break with amenities within walking distance of the studio.

On the last day, you will have a beautiful breakfast together before your study time & teaching practical opportunities, our sunset beach celebration meal with group photos.

Full days are between 8.5 & 9 hours in length to achieve your contact hours.

You receive one day off during this training to enjoy island life.

A small, peaceful island, Nusa Lembongan is covered with pristine white sand beaches, warm turquoise waters, and lush jungle. Just as beautiful as Bali, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds, Nusa Lembongan is the perfect place to escape to for a transformational spiritual journey through yoga.

Arrival by airplane

The nearest airport is Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport (airport code: DPS), which is located on the larger island of Bali, Indonesia. From here, you can take public or private transport to the port of Sanur to catch a boat to the smaller island of Nusa Lembongan. Yoga Dunia Lembongan encourages you to land three before the time of the departure boat.

From Sanur, you need to take a 30-minute boat ride to Nusa Lembongan and then the boat company will drive you to your hotel free of charge (ask them when you book your ticket). Please be sure to check the boat timetables before arriving to be able to catch a boat before their last departure on your arrival day. You may need to arrive in Bali a day earlier if you have a late flight. Transfer from the airport is available for an additional cost of 45 USD.
