The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.
How the training works
There are 27 live sessions in total. 30 hours will be spent on the live-streamed classes with the other students and the instructor for guided asana practice, pranayama and meditation, theory lectures, teaching methodology, and teaching practice. 20 non-contact hours will be spent on watching the video recordings, listening to audio recordings, self-study, completing homework, and taking the exam.
The course will be delivered via an online learning platform with a mixture of recorded videos and live sessions. A WhatsApp group will be used for course communication and updates. The online live sessions are recorded and saved on the platform so one can watch them later as well.
