The aim of this 200-hour yoga teacher training at Dhyan Mandir School in Rishikesh is to help create a solid foundation to help you pursue your career as a yoga teacher. You do not have to worry if you lack prior experience as every level is acceptable for the training including those who might want to enroll in this course for their self-practice.

In order to engage in effective learning and deepen your experience about yoga, the course requires that you attend most of the classes and participate in evaluation programs to be able to successfully complete the course.

The yoga teacher training course meets all expected quality in aspects of accommodation, healthy and wholesome dieting, and, of course, the team of experienced teachers who would handle basically seven modules of the course which includes: yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, Hatha yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), shatkarma (cleansing techniques), emotional blockage treatment, Ashtanga Vinyasa, teaching methodology, and adjustment.

The course will aid you in your analytical skills so that you can observe, assist, and then have the confidence to lead your own yoga classes. There is a careful selection of servers to prepare you through your journey. And with the comprehensive material and guided preparation you can become a yoga instructor over the course of the 200 hours.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by Airplane

There are three flights available daily from Delhi to Jolly Grant Airport Dehradun (DED) in the morning, afternoon and evening time. Dhyan Mandir Yoga School offer a free cab service upon your arrival at Dehradun Airport. They can arrange your taxi from Delhi airport as well on request. The fare is around 4000 INR.

Arrival by Bus

Rishikesh has a good network of buses coming from New Delhi, Jaipur and Haridwar. On arriving at Rishikesh bus stand, it is very easy to avail a Tuk-Tuk or Cab to the residency.

Arrival by Train

The nearest train station is Haridwar which is 25 kilometers away from the School. It is very easy to catch a bus or a direct cab from Haridwar Railway Station to the school.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 15% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
