Pre-application requirements

You need to have at least four yoga blocks, one yoga bolster, one yoga belt, and at least five yoga blankets. If you do not have yoga props, it is a great idea to invest in them. Or if necessary, get creative with home-made props - necktie or belt, towels or blankets, books, and pillows.

Please confirm with a student or yoga buddy (to work with in-person or online) to practice teach (ideally once per week) during the training. Schedule this on your own time as part of your homework. Schedule your first Restorative session with your "student" during the week after your first meeting. Online meetings will address all questions you may have. Training includes fun exercises to test your Restorative knowledge and relaxing homework to practice poses on your own to deepen your understanding and teaching. Magic is in the details. Finish work and videos at your own pace.
