Emma Mackay / ELM Yoga - is a yoga teacher - from Cornwall UK, where she owns a yoga studio and teaches in the beauty of this tranquil part of England. Her yoga experience has included many workshops with world-renowned yoga teachers, along with studies in India where she learned from gurus and teachers adding to her vast experience. Emma is soft-spoken and genuine, with a desire to help others. She has earned many yoga certificates and is qualified to teach a variety of asana classes including both challenging and soft, along with all aspects of a varied and balanced yoga program.
Kirsten is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist and yoga teacher. She was originally from Denmark, she spent 15 years in New Zealand as she trained to obtain Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and Postgraduate Certificate of Health Science in Western Acupuncture. She has trained with world-renowned yoga professionals, including 300-hour Yoga TT with master teacher - Doug Swenson. Kristen is always a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to learn from. Her students enjoy rich inspiration thru her clarity, and fun-loving sense of humor. Kirsten teaches yoga anatomy with a smile.
Monica holds the 500-hour yoga teacher certificate. She has always been fascinated by the spiritual world, inspiring her to explore different philosophies and on her soul quest. She studied and trained in yoga with some of the best yoga professionals, including world-renowned Doug Swenson with his 500-hour yoga teacher training. Monica is the author of: "MammaFit - in forma dopo il parto" published in 2011 by Giunti Demetra. She teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, yoga adjustments, Power yoga, deep relaxation, meditation, mindful breathing techniques, and Mama Baby yoga.
