You will be accommodated at the course venue. Following Karma yoga, you will need to clean your own bedroom, toilet, bathroom, and common sitting area. Maximum eight participants can be accommodated at the course venue. If there are more than eight participants, they will stay in a nearby hotel during the course. Dr. Venky's Shivshakti Yoga can arrange the hotel accommodation. Extra charges will be charged in case the hotel accommodation is provided on demand.

  • 06:30 - 08:00 Asana, Kriya, Bandha, pranayama, and meditation (traditional based)

Notes

  • At least six months of yoga practice are advisable, but not compulsory.
  • A good understanding of English language is important to attend this course.
