Heidi Michelle first stepped onto a yoga mat in 1998 and has been teaching yoga since 2008. Initially inspired by Kundalini yoga, she soon discovered Baron Baptiste and Power yoga. Heidi’s teachers include Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea, and Anand Mehrotra. She studied extensively with Elysabeth Williamson, creator and founder of principle-based Partner yoga, and has been teaching Partner yoga since 2009, most recently leading Partner yoga teacher training. Her yogic teachings feature a dharma-rich, gently demanding Vinyasa-flow practice with an emphasis on yoga as a practice ground for life.
As a yogini and an artist, Heidi Grace inspires her students to explore yoga as an applied lifestyle, making art with their lives and relaxing into their divine self. Through the dance of balancing the body, mind, and spirit, she guides her students toward harmonizing their inner truth with actions and experiences. Utilizing therapeutics, Heidi Grace’s gentle and restorative approach to the yoga practice incorporates energy work, flower essences, mantra, yantra painting, gemology, astrology, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), as well as yoga Nidra.

Heidi Michelle is a gift to the world. She is my teacher. I appreciate the way she dives deep into the minutia of yoga asanas in her teaching practice which supported me in elevating my yoga practice and having more awareness of my body. I love Heidi's heart connection! She is one of the most inspiring, genuine, accountable human beings I am honored to know. Her reflection brings so much light to this world and I feel blessed to receive her love and wisdom. She is a powerful Yoga teacher I look forward to her next teacher training event!

Private family yoga classes with Heidi enhanced our vacation experience immeasurably! Heidi is a talented teacher who offered calming meditations to help us slow down and take in the beauty of our surroundings and our practice together. She provided expert adaptations on postures attuned to the wide array of needs and strengths of each participant--some of us practice yoga weekly and others rarely. Yet, we are all relaxed, gained greater flexibility, and felt more connected. Heidi is a creative, loving and generous guide who inspired and supported us with her humor, warmth, skill, and wisdom.
