Led by Heidi Michelle and Heidi Grace Dietrich, this training will provide you with necessary skills and knowledge such as asana, anatomy, philosophy, business of yoga, and more to become a confident yoga teacher.
The training will be held at Villa Diosas, the private sanctuary home of Heidi Michelle in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. A slice of heaven, tucked away in the jungle, visited daily by scarlet macaws, monkeys and an assortment of local wildlife, this place is a stunning tropical retreat. With a personal chef, private pool, wrap around veranda, and open-air living, you will be nurtured and secluded in order to devote your time and energies to the study and practice of yoga and the yogic lifestyle.
There is laundry service in the venue. The laundry service is 14 USD per load. However, you are encouraged to hand-wash and dry your clothes with the heat of the tropical sun.
The level I Nature Yoga Teacher Training will teach you the fundamentals of yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and psychology. You will learn the benefits and function of asana, meditation, mantra, and pranayama in order to teach others effectively.
In these 28 days of deep jungle immersion with an exceptional team of teachers and peers, you will explore techniques, discuss, and learn yoga philosophy and practice teaching. In a supportive environment, you will be encouraged to develop your own teaching style, find your voice and come to understand what the practice of yoga means to you. A teacher not only attracts students through knowledge, but also as an apparent, almost visible, expression of yoga.
