Accommodation at 7 Chakras Yoga School is comfortable. They provide free Wi-Fi service at their premises. They have luxury rooms and attach bathrooms and offer two kinds of accommodation: budget and standard room. In both, budget and standard rooms, there are two categories: shared room, for two people, and private room, for 1 person.

You will have access to the yoga hall, where you can practice yoga and meditate in silence. The campus and accommodation is pristine and comfortable. Laundry service can be provided for a small charge. All rooms are shared with the same gender. Mother and daughter, wife and husband can share their rooms.

Please note that accommodation is provided for only students enrolled in the training. Any friends or relatives will not be included in the accommodation.

The 200-hour yoga teacher training in India includes all the imperative aspects of yogic practices like pranayama, shatkarma, meditation, teaching methodology, adjustment and alignment, traditional Hatha, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga, human anatomy, yoga philosophy, mantra chanting, bandhas, and much more.

This yoga teacher training is a complete therapy for gaining peace and harmony in a spiritual way. The training focuses on both the aspects of the human body that is inner peace and physical outer benefits like gaining stamina and natural glow.

The training also helps people in shaping a positive lifestyle by adopting good eating habits. Mantra chanting

Mantra chanting is an effective way to align your vibrations and awareness with the aspects of the self and infinite. It is great for improving concentration, attention, focus and acts as an effective method to release emotions.

Pranayama

Pranayama is generally defined as breath control. Although this interpretation may seem correct in view of the practices involved, it does not convey the full meaning of the term. The word pranayama is comprised of two roots: ‘Prana’ plus ‘Ayama’. Prana means vital energy or life force.

Ashtanga yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a way of internal purification for revealing the universal self, which consists of eight spiritual practices which sync the movements of the body with the breath and mind.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is considered to be one of the best forms of exercise all around the world and helps with weight loss, improving health and overall condition of the body. It is advised to practice Hatha yoga under the guidance of experts as it is considered to be one of the difficult parts of learning yoga.

Shatkarma (internal cleansing)

Shatkarma is a Sanskrit word that is made by 2 different words which are Shat plus Karma and also known as Shaktkriya. This is a traditional Yogic cleansing technique that is very effective and good to remove many illnesses and open the body blockages.

Program outline

The arrival day will be on the first of every month and the opening ceremony will take place on the second. The graduation ceremony will take place on the 28th of every month. Every Sunday, 7chakrasyogaschool will be providing multi activities such as beautiful mountain trek, white river rafting, spa (wellness), cooking classes, visiting a temple, Parmarth Niketan, and more.

The school is located in the beautiful Himalayan foothills of Rishikesh, India, near the banks of the holy river Ganges. Well-known as the birthplace of yoga, the holy city of Rishikesh is a renowned center for self-realization, personal transformation, and palpable spiritual energy.

For thousands of years, sages, saints and spiritual leaders have traveled to Rishikesh from all over the world to study and practice yoga.

In your free time, make your way to the Ram Jhula bridge and take in an endless variety of sights, sounds, and smells. These yoga workshops will help you to live a yoga lifestyle and you will be able to reclaim your mind, body, and soul.

Go for a dip in the Ganges or take part in a traditional aarti ritual (Hindu ceremony of light). Explore ancient temples and Himalayan hiking trails, go on a jungle safari, or visit the ashram where The Beatles studied transcendental meditation. As an esteemed yoga school in India, their job is to guide students and practitioners to learn the art of yoga through the lens of their own experience.

Alimentos

Included in the price of the course, you will be served three freshly made vegetarian meals per day. The kitchen is clean and hygienic and all of the vegetables are organic. The ashram food is popular all over the globe for its taste and variety.

Freshly cooked food that is consumed within 3-4 hours can be considered Sattvic. A Sattvic diet purifies the body and calms the mind. This diet creates peace within the body and mind, complimenting your yoga practice throughout your training.

7chakrasyogaschool is fully committed to the well-being of their students and they provide a Sattvic diet for everyone on the course. These menus have been tailored by their Master Chef Sandeep Semwal who has worked with some of the best five-star hotels around the world and carries great knowledge about the Sattvic diet along with this he focuses on hygiene practices at our institution to ensure the food is safe and carries great nutritional values which is much needed for a healthy life.

If you have special dietary requirements, it's a good idea to communicate them to the organizer when making a reservation (extra charges).

Arrival by airplane

The nearest airport to Rishikesh is Jolly Grant airport, Dehradun (DED) which is 30 minutes from our school. All flight to DED comes from Delhi, so you will have to transit there and take a domestic flight to DED. At Delhi, please note that all international flights are at Terminal 3 and all domestic flights are at Terminal 1, except for Jet Airways (Terminal 3).

Therefore, make sure that you have at least 1-2 hours to move between the two terminals. From DED, taxi would be free of charge, 7chakrasyogaschool provide pick up only on 1st as per our arrival date. Direct taxi from Delhi airport is also possible. The taxi charges would be 75 USD per trip. If you need assistance in booking your taxi on arrival, please provide 7chakrasyogaschool with your flight details (i.e. flight no., airline, time, date, and location).
