Great way to get your YTT while on your holiday

CONS Cons: As the course was compacted into 5 days sometime it might overwhelm you with informations and hard to keep track what had said in the class. It would be better if there were hard copies of the details of anatomy and also adjustments.

PROS Pros: Jose made this course fun and full of laughs. The course itself was full of challenges and it can be intimidating at first as i am not a yoga teacher, however Jose and his team made sure we felt safe and emphasised on the safely first. I have learnt a lot not just about yoga but other aspect that comes with it such as anatomy, mediations and teaching techniques which also useful even you do not plan to be a teacher. All in all by the end of this course you made a lot of new interesting people from different walks of life and you will learn so much more than just yoga.

"The five-day FlyHighYoga training exceeded my expectations (as an aerial yoga teacher myself). Jose’s depth of knowledge in human biomechanics and proper alignment ensured safe yet effective stretches and asanas."

"He encompasses an infectious energy that motivates you to improve in your practice and teaching. Above all, he truly cares about his students. The assisting mentors were also there to offer constant support and guidance. I highly recommend this fun-filled course to anyone looking for better posture and overall balance.as still digesting what had happened just now… So, it was hard for me to thank you in the words i could best describe my gratitude. I was bitten by a monkey on my cheek this afternoon and it still hurt when i came for your class."

"I was still digesting what had happened just now… So, it was hard for me to thank you in the words i could best describe my gratitude. I was bitten by a monkey on my cheek this afternoon and it still hurt when i came for your class. But you know what, after all the inversions, and your energy touch, I feel no pain anymore."

"There is much more going on within the energy system of the human body when we fly. I couldn’t help laughing during my inversion. I felt so liberated… like everything that took a toll on me, was as little as jokes that you can blow away like dust puffs. It was very very fun…."

"Thank you for inviting me as guest. I never knew this kind of thing is possible. I noticed a distinct change in me now, especially right after the class, I was very calm, deep, more confident – incredible incredible transformation….. Thank you again for this experience… I am extremely blessed in tears for your heart. Thank you Jose. I am inspired."

"My lower back was in pain the first day of my FlyHighYoga™ Teacher Training. Therefore, I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to follow the course. However, I was wrong! At the end of the first day, I almost didn’t feel any pain. I was truly amazed. This modality can really help people with spinal and lower back problems, and is really fun!"

"The FlyHighYoga™ team is great. Acacia gave very detailed explanations about the movements and created very nice sequences. Furthermore, she taught us wonderful adjustments and encouraged us to be creative with the belts and find new asanas/movements to practice. Also, Pedro and the assistants were always there for us. They were supporting every class and sharing with us their knowledge and experience. I specially appreciated the morning meditation and pranayama technique."

"If you want to expand your skills as a yoga teacher, or enrich your yoga practice, especially if you have back problems, I encourage you to join the FlyHighYoga™ Teacher Training. You will be grateful that you did!"
