Now, you can join the 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, where you will face tranquility and serenity at every step. The place is filled with natural elements, which are conducive to your growth and learning. Yoga is one of the subjects. Moreover, you will get the opportunity to walk through the beautiful rice fields of Ubud and develop a strong connection with Mother Earth. The 200-hour yoga training in Bali is led by experienced yoga teachers who will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum that includes both theoretical and practical aspects of yoga. Bandha (energy lock)

The whole universe is made of energy. At all times the energy is converted into matter so that you see the whole universe as what it is. Daily schedule

The program follows a tight schedule where almost each of the 6 to 7 training hours in the day are assigned to some aspect of yoga. You could find the training intensive but enlightening. Depending on the yoga school the mornings can begin as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation followed by some yoga postures and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and pranayama are also part of the schedule. During training, you are provided with two to three yoga meals, fruit refreshments, and green tea. Daily written homework is also the norm as that is how you gain in-depth knowledge of the subject. Sleeping early is encouraged as that is part of yogic practice.

Repas

All meals are prepared from scratch in the kitchen every day, using only locally sourced, fresh ingredients.

Vegetarian meals

Students will have nutritious vegetarian food during the course. You will be provided with breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, except for Sunday lunch and dinner as it is a free day.

On Sundays, you will receive only breakfast and you can enjoy your lunch and dinner outside in the many beautiful cafes and restaurants.

The food

Bali and India are well known for their beautiful taste in food. Ayurveda teaches about how to balance the body through your diet. There are different foods that influence the different systems and elements. The students will enjoy the most tasty and healthy meals during this course.

The kitchen team is guided by the ashram and knows how to prepare food with spiritual feelings. They do not use any meat, eggs or alcohol in their kitchen. They also encourage students not to use them during the program.

Other dietary requirements

Vegetarian dishes will be mostly served throughout the program, but other requirements of the students can also be provided such as:

They provide:
