World Peace Yoga School teaches the traditional ancient style of Hatha Yoga that has been practiced by the Himalayan Masters for thousands of years. The theory is just as important as practicing. Without proper understanding, you cannot do well. In the 20th century, K. Pattabhi Jois has developed a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga called Ashtanga Vinyasa. His teacher Krishnamacharya taught this form which is energetic practice with breath awareness and mindful movements.
Pranayama is the central practice of traditional yoga. Many people misunderstand pranayama as the breathing practice only, but it is something more. In this class, you will learn the secret of pranayama and how it leads us to health, peace, happiness, balance, and the awakening of kundalini.

Once you stabilize your posture through asana, cleansing your energy through Pranayama, and controlling your senses through Pratyahara you will be able to focus your mind. Meditation starts with concentration practices and with the 100-hour YTTC, you will learn great techniques to master the basics by which you can develop a high-level concentration and awareness.
With this 2-week program, you will learn basic to intermediate levels meditation preparations and techniques. Each day you will get a little more understanding of how to perform them and experience their benefits.

Yoga Nidra (sleep awareness / psychic sleep) is a journey from a conscious to a superconscious state of awareness. All animals, birds, insects, humans sleep in the same way, and the experience of sleep also is the same. This state brings oneness and there is a great secret behind all of it. Yogi Vishnu is one of the most famous yoga Nidra teachers. His proven techniques have been practiced for a long time by the sages. He will be the mentor and teacher, showing you how it can transform your life in a very short period of time. Yoga Nidra practices will take place every Friday.

The body produces toxins at all times and we need to cleanse our bodies accordingly. Proper ablution, urination, cleaning nostrils, ears, eyes, skin, tongue, and other organs are very important for good health. These are physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual cleansing. In the beginning, yoga practitioners should follow six practices (Sat-Karma) by which they can unblock the channels for higher experiences. With your 100-hour YTTC, you will learn these cleansing practices. You will also learn the basic theory of the following:
Yoga philosophy is the philosophy of life. Just by listening and understanding one can change one's own life. Yogi Vishnu learned the secrets of Yoga philosophy from his great Master Swami Veda by spending significant time with him. His authentic teachings will be taught by our teachers. Yoga philosophy does not only exist in Yoga Sutra. There are hundreds of Yogic texts and we will introduce you few important ones such as; Yoga Sutra, Bhagawat Geeta, and Upanishad.

Yoga anatomy is one of the most important subjects for yoga teachers. In anatomy classes you will learn two types of anatomy, physical and spiritual.
Yoga is a holistic science that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. It has natural healing energy by which one can remain healthy and if there is any illness, it helps the body heal naturally. You will be learning the basics of Yoga Therapy in the classes. The teachers will give instructions on the therapeutic value of respective practices during the asana, pranayama, meditation, and anatomy classes. There will be no specific class for it.
Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga. It believes that the body is made of five elements that create three Doshas; Kapha, Vata, and Pitta. When we keep them balanced, we are healthy and when imbalanced, we are ill. Ayurveda talks about proper health management that all yoga teachers need to know to help people. We provide one Ayurveda workshop from our doctor. Here is what you will learn in the Ayurveda classes:
Mudra is a Divine gesture practiced with human hands. There are hundreds of them and they can bring miraculous changes in the body and mind with their extraordinary powers.

Each class is important for you to grow. Not only learning from your teachers or books but by living properly in our school and following the schedule will also teach you so much. You may have different habits in your daily life but by surrendering to the whole program, you will have a greater chance for change which you will see the difference in the end. You will start seeing the world with a new set of eyes.
All classes are mandatory. Only in the case of an emergency or illness, you can take leave with the permission of the respected teachers. Uninformed leaves will not be accepted and this will effect student's monthly performance.
Yogic discipline and a recommended code of conduct are expected from all the students. World Peace Yoga School has the following disciplinary rules for the participants.
World Peace Yoga School arranges excursion tours every Sunday which is included in your course fees. Only breakfast is provided on Sundays so that you can enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors at the amazing local restaurants. Every Thursday you study all the classes at the school until lunchtime and in the afternoon you visit different places as the study tour such as; different ashrams, temples, herbal gardens, Ganga Beach Yoga, etc.

Naveen mène des formations des professeurs de yoga depuis 2015. Il a formé plus de 1000 enseignants en Inde et à l'étranger. Naveen détient un Master en science yogique,et est un formateur de professeurs de yoga prénatal et postnatal certifié. Ashutosh Mishra est né à Rishikesh, la capitale internationale du yoga, où il a grandi. Il était dans ses gènes d'apprécier et d'explorer le grand art ancien du yoga, et sa pratique est fortement ancrée dans le yoga hatha et le yoga thérapeutique. Son style est une combinaison dynamique de séquences et d'alignements intelligents adaptés au corps et à l'état de santé de la personne. Il a été initié au yoga à un très jeune âge. Son père l'a inscrit à l'université de Patanjali. Il y a passé 3 ans et y a obtenu sa licence en sciences yogiques.
Anita est une professeure formée au yoga kundalini et tantra (certifiée 500 heures RYT) et au yoga multistyles vinyasa et hatha. Elle est également professeure de respiration cobra de niveaux 1 et 2, initiée par la lignée du grand maître Sunyata Saraswati, et a bénéficié de 50 heures de formation en ayurveda et yoga nidra. Elle a passé ses niveaux 1 et 2 de reiki et s'est formée directement sous la 10e lignée du Dr Usui. Elle enseigne les styles kundalini et tantra au Kundalini Yoga Ashram, à la World Peace Yoga School et au Samadhi Yoga Ashram. Elle enseigne également le kundalini et le tantra avec Profit 28 et Santosha Yoga.
Né Jagannath Dham-Puri (Odisha, Inde), le 05 juin 1991, Guna thérapeute marma et formateur Mallakhamb (pole yoga) également. Guna a commencé à pratiquer le Mallakhamb avec le style de vie ayurvédique il y a 10 ans. Pendant ces 10 ans, il a remporté de nombreux succès avec le Mallakhamb. Une fois, il s'est blessé mais le professeur Dr. Madhusudan Ray a pratiqué le marma sur lui. Après le traitement, Guna a appris le marma du Dr. Madhusudan Ray.
Professeur de yoga renommé de World Peace Yoga School, Sadhu Sri a une connaissance approfondie de la philosophie grâce à sa spécialisation en philosophie indienne. Il a étudié en profondeur le Yoga Sutra de Patanjali, les Upanishads et la littérature bouddhiste, ce qui a énormément contribué à sa connaissance de la philosophie et de l'histoire. Depuis de nombreuses années, ce gourou du yoga partage avec ses étudiants sa précieuse expérience de la philosophie et leur enseigne comment utiliser ces connaissances dans la vie quotidienne à l'aide d'une approche pratique étayée par un raisonnement. Il a aidé des centaines d'étudiants.
Depuis 20 ans, Mandeep Bhatt Ji est un fervent étudiant du védisme. Il enseigne le pranayama mantra et le yoga kundalini dans le cadre de programmes de formation de professeurs à la World Peace Yoga School de Rishikesh, en Inde.
Sujata Ray est née en 1993 chez Lord God Jagannath. Fille de Madhusudan Ray et Swarnalata Ray, elle est l'aînée de deux sœurs et un frère. À sa naissance, le médecin a découvert un petit trou dans ses poumons, ce qui explique ses problèmes respiratoires. Le traitement était très coûteux et son père opta pour une mesure alternative. Il la guérit grâce à la naturopathie, l'acupression, le yoga et le pranayama. Après la guérison, elle s'est intéressée à la naturopathie à partir de la classe de sixième et elle a vu que toutes les maladies étaient contrôlées.
Yogi Sunil Bisht commence son apprentissage de l'éthique et des valeurs morales sous la direction de son père à l'âge de 4-5 ans. Ce dernier lui enseigne et lui fait pratiquer le yoga karma et le bhakti dès lors. Yogi Sunil Bisht termine ensuite sa maîtrise en littérature anglaise à l'université de Garhwal. Dès le début de ses études, il se passionne pour le yoga. Il a depuis étudié et pratiqué le yoga et l'ayurvéda auprès de différents professeurs et maîtres. Il a étudié au Kriya Yoga Ashram et a été initié au yoga kriya par Swami Shankranda Giri ji. Il a également étudié à la Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy dans l'ashram Sivananda.
Yogi Praveen Rajput est reputé dans le domaine du yoga : il a réussi en tant que professeur de yoga et a franchi plusieurs étapes dans son voyage yogique. Yogi Praveen Rajput est né sur la pieuse terre de Rishikesh, et depuis son enfance, il est fasciné par les bienfaits du yoga. Il a alors développé une passion pour la pratique du yoga.
