Welcome to a comprehensive prenatal yoga teacher training course! The program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach pre-natal yoga safely and effectively and to support expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey. Pregnancy is a time of immense change, both physically and emotionally, and yoga can be a valuable tool to help pregnant women navigate these changes. Prenatal yoga is a specialized form of yoga that focuses on the unique needs of pregnant women. Through a combination of gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, prenatal yoga can help expectant mothers improve their physical health, reduce stress and anxiety, and connect with their unborn children.
World Peace Yoga School provides comfortable and clean accommodation that is included in the course fee. The accommodation options include private rooms and shared rooms, depending on your preference.
All rooms are equipped with modern amenities and provide a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The training venue offers a variety of facilities and amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They have a spacious and well-equipped yoga studio, where you'll have plenty of space to practice and learn. They also have a garden area and outdoor lounge area for relaxation and socializing.

Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT®).

It is essential to note that prenatal yoga teacher training is an intense program that demands full commitment and dedication from the participants. Individuals who enroll in the course should be prepared to invest the required time and effort to complete it successfully.
The course consists of 85 hours with 45 hours of in-person and 40 hours of online course videos. Each class is important for you to grow. Not only learning from your teachers or books but by living properly in the school and following the schedule will also teach you so much.
You may have different habits in your daily life but by surrendering to the whole program, you will have a greater chance for change and see the difference in the end. You will start seeing the world with a new set of eyes. All classes are mandatory. Only in the case of an emergency or illness, you can take leave with the permission of the respected teachers. Uninformed leaves will not be accepted and this will affect student's performance.

Ashutosh Mishra est né à Rishikesh, la capitale internationale du yoga, où il a grandi. Anita est une professeure formée au yoga kundalini et tantra (certifiée 500 heures RYT) et au yoga multistyles vinyasa et hatha. Elle est également professeure de respiration cobra de niveaux 1 et 2, initiée par la lignée du grand maître Sunyata Saraswati, et a bénéficié de 50 heures de formation en ayurveda et yoga nidra. Elle a passé ses niveaux 1 et 2 de reiki et s'est formée directement sous la 10e lignée du Dr Usui. Elle enseigne les styles kundalini et tantra au Kundalini Yoga Ashram, à la World Peace Yoga School et au Samadhi Yoga Ashram. Elle enseigne également le kundalini et le tantra avec Profit 28 et Santosha Yoga.

A yogic diet is a plant-based diet that focuses on fresh, organic, whole foods with minimal processing and no additives, preservatives, or artificial sweeteners. It is based on the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient Indonesian system of holistic healing that emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
The diet consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and herbs while avoiding meat, fish, poultry, eggs, onion, garlic, alcohol, and caffeine. Practicing yoga has additional benefits such as improved flexibility, strength, balance, and overall physical and mental well-being. It can also reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote inner peace and harmony.
You can have additional excursions or activities outside of the program itinerary for an additional cost.
