The instructors provided information on the spiritual aspect of yoga which I really did not expect and loved every bit of! They offered exposure to breathing, dancing, and crystal knowledge that was added value to the anatomy and yoga training. Overall, I explored my edge and discovered things about myself. Everyone was very supportive!! There was a teaching component involved in finishing the training which is not a given in every YTT. They also had several sessions on practical issues about teaching and running a yoga studio. All very informative.

"Long weekend reset"
Our experience was a nice blending of guidance and discovery. My sister and I happened to be the only two people that weekend but Kati gave us great options. Her knowledge and experience were appreciated and we learned a lot.
We also really enjoyed the area’s restaurants, people and overall energy. We would recommend it!

Good location for SUP Yoga teacher training, very short walk to the ocean side beach and river side for SUP. Equipment was provided. Weather wasn't ideal for SUP but attempts were made to get us on the board and practising whenever conditions allowed.

- The location of the guesthouse is in between the river and the sea. Calm area and far from the village and restaurants noise.
- The studio is very nice and also well located with a sea view.
- The instructors are professional and knowledgeable. They customized the classes according to my needs and the results was fantastic.
- The massage was fantastic, Staci is excellent.
The overall experience was very good. Aligned with what I was looking for : A lot of yoga, healing and calmness.

"Thank You for taking the time"
The organiser is extremely kind and personable. She offered great advice on healing through yoga and meditation. The location is in a beautiful guest house very close to the yoga sanctuary and close to all of the attractions.
You have freedom to choose when you want for the massages and excursions to happen also. That was very nice to have that freedom to fit everything to my preferred schedule

Loved the focus on each chakra the first seven days, the Reiki Level 1 certification and morning meditation on the beach! There were two guest teachers that were absolutely amazing and saved the experience.

"Amazing experience. "
This was an amazing experience. The teachers are so knowledgeable and just want to see everyone succeed. The location is beautiful. Our housing was very nice. I would highly recommend this teacher training. I am leaving feeling confident in teaching.

I liked how the retreat was individually and specifically designed just for me.
Some may be disappointed that it's not a retreat in a structured, sheltered sense. This was my first yoga retreat experience so I had nothing ro compare by.

"My Light is Shining a Little Brighter"
From the beginning, Jolie was in communication with me and answered every question that I had about the experience. I felt very safe and comfortable from the time I booked the training, until I left to come home.
First, our housing was great as we were a mere couple of blocks from the beach, and our house was equipped with everything we could possibly need.
The yoga studio where we had asana practice was very clean and welcoming. It was so helpful to be able to attend classes even outside of our training.
Then, the Full Circle team is absolutely amazing. Emily, Jolie, and Kati helped us all to feel like a family as we learned more about ourselves and expanded our yoga knowledge. The lessons that I learned, both as a yoga instructor and an overall a better individual, I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I am so grateful to have had them as my guides on my journey.

Everyone we worked with was kind and caring. Classes were exceptionally good. As beginners we did not know what to expect but they worked with us and made all classes fun and enjoyable.
