Program

Certifications

Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). They must be present at all 180 contact hours with instructors, must pass the final written exam, and must pass the final practicum teaching exam. These conditions must be met to attain functional power.

Program

This training consists of an 18-day immersion in beautiful Donegal, Ireland. You can expect daily hours to be from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. However, the exact schedule is flexible and is tailored to the teacher’s assessment of group needs and announced upon arrival. Yoga is one of the best ways to dive deeper and learn more about yourself.

Overview

Functional Power yoga 200-hour training program is a powerful and skillful integrative practice and journey designed by Pablo Lucero in co-creation with Sarah Taggart, rooted in the ancient philosophies of yoga, ancestral indigenous healing arts, and functional movement methodologies. A physically intense will be internally focused on an alignment-based practice with a functional approach to asanas (poses), movement, and life.

Hatha, Vinyasa Power yoga, functional movement, and magnificence are tools used to awaken your inner power, recondition your body’s natural vitality, and reclaim your highest potential. The mission is to explore and celebrate all that is aligned with divine consciousness through physical, mental, and spiritual practices in a constant self-discovery and realization. You will master your life to create the optimal human experience as well as live in balance, fulfillment, and in harmony and equanimity with all.

Wild Atlantic Camp accommodation and recreational facility is situated in the heart of Creeslough village, Northwest Donegal, located at the beginning of the Wild Atlantic Way. With its enviable position at the center of five of Donegal’s discovery points on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way, Wild Atlantic Camp boasts an idyllic setting on a 15-acre site overlooking Sheephaven Bay.

Some of the many attractions in the area include Glenveagh National Park, Doe Castle, Ards Forest Park, Horn Head Peninsula, and not forgetting the breathtaking scenery and walks over sand dunes, on beaches, through forests and woods, around cliff tops, and over heather bogs all within a few kilometers of Wild Atlantic Camp.

Food

Delicious and loving breakfast and lunch will be done by local organic caterers. You can choose from a pescatarian, vegetarian, or vegan option. Dinner is not included but there are several cafes within walking distance where you will be able to choose whatever delights you.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Dublin Airport (DUB). You will have to make your way to Dublin City (Hugh Lane Gallery, Rotunda - Parnell Square North) and take Mc Ginley's bus or coach to Creeslough (Garden Park). Upon request and student itinerary, you can coordinate shared transportation.
